Michael PaciniMichael Pacini co-founded CCI’s predecessor, Sunrise Development Services, which facilitated the national expansion of numerous retail and restaurant concepts, including Baja Fresh Mexican Grill, Red Brick Pizza, Quiznos, and First Watch Restaurants. From 2005 to 2007, he worked directly for First Watch as vice president of development. Today, CCI and Pacini provide executive level real estate services to Cheddar's Casual Cafe, Noodles & Company, and First Watch on an outsourced basis. Before starting his real estate consulting career, Pacini was the senior vice president of real estate and construction for Fleetwood Retail Corporation, a national retailer of manufactured housing. He had previously served as vice president of real estate for Home USA, which was acquired by Fleetwood shortly after a NYSE IPO and the vertical integration of the U.S. manufactured housing industry. Pacini has held in-house real estate managerial positions with a Florida Denny’s franchisee, Kenny Rogers Roasters and Orion Investments. He also managed more than one million square feet of newly constructed shopping centers for Orlando’s CentreCorp, and he began his real estate career as director of real estate with Dino’s Pizza in Detroit. Michael is active in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the International Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives (CoreNet Global). |
